  I booked appointment for 10:00 am and waited until 10:50 but still they ask me to wait .. If they guys cannot follow appointments they shouldn't have appointments and the guy at front counter was rude and grumpy all the time.. Worst and never experienced any such service.

  Always great to deal with. Mechanics and counter guys are top notch and ALWAYS do a great job. They've got me out of a bind on more than one occasion.

  I arrived in Whitehorse and took a cab to their location and didn't see my vehicle; quite odd. So I called their after hours number and told them the situation. He asked if I had an invoice and, since I had got back to Whitehorse after 8PM, I didn't but could see that it went through on my Visa. He gave me attitude and told me that he's not going to drive all the way down if I don't have proof of payment, just being a totally rude person. I told him a few times about how I made arrangements on Wednesday, (and again on Friday when I called to confirm they would leave my vehicle in the lot on Saturday with my key fob in the console) and he just said Fine, I'll be there in 20 minutes or so. Two minutes later I get a call and it's the after hours guy saying that since it's their busy time of the year, they may have put it over to the Superstore parking lot. I walk over and see that it's there, perfect! Only to see they left my keys, clearly in sight on the front dash... who does this?! I was planning on going back here to buy one of those light bars for my vehicle, since I seen them while I was waiting on Wednesday. But now, definitely not. -Ewing Transport Ltd

  I came in on October 11th to drop off my vehicle for new winter tires that I bought off Fountain Tire. I told them that I wouldn't be able to pick up my vehicle until the 14th, Saturday as I would be flying back into Whitehorse from Vancouver. And because I have only one key for my vehicle, I told them to just put it in the console and leave it unlocked, would be fine.

  ordered tires said would call upon arrival and they didn't. few days after they were supposed to arrive i called asking where the tires are they said yeah came in few days ago. tried to schedule an appointment for the next days to install, they said don't take appointments and to drop it off in the morning. went there just after they opened and was told they were booked for the entire day. why didn't they tell me this the day before when i was speaking with them, instead of wasting my time. won't go there again
