    ACER will not fix the problem and the Source has still not replied in writing to my concerns. I last dealt with the Manager on this topic last Thursday August 24, 2017. At this point I am not hopeful that the Store Manager will respond. I will give this store a rating of 3 right now.

    I have been dealing with the Whitehorse Source franchise for over a week now concerning an Acer Aspire E 15 E5-5253-979H. The machine was purchased in February 2017 and I purchased ACP coverage through the Source at the time of purchase. The machine is defective and 64 bit processing cannot be enabled.

    People sometimes snobby and know it all. When I asked about my power button not working he asked if I could live with the screen double tapping to open. I was so pre occupied with that feature that I had never known about that I didn't mention there is still no way to power the off and on.
