    Terrible service. No call back , never pick up the phone, still waiting for my claims history after 4 days,other places get it done in 15 mins. Made mistake on quote. Worst place ever.

    While trying to sort out a relatively urgent matter I called and emailed several times over the course of 3 days but could never get hold of a broker or had my calls returned. Resolved my issue after a 5 minute conversation with one of there competitors. Do not recommend
