  If you put any value on your time, avoid this bank. Interminably slow service. Staff are pleasant once you finally speak to someone but that's not enough. Usual bank services, nothing special to make it worth your while.

  Don, the new bank manager really takes an active role with his customers and staff. I appreciate good service when I go in for my business banking.

  I have never seen two Business lanes open at the same time. Always one open while the other closed. Even if there are more than 3 people waiting. I don't understand why RBC Whitehorse under-appreciate business accounts...

  I’ve been banking with this branch since I was 12. I bought my first truck and house through them. I have had the best top notch service ever from this branch. RBC al the way!

  Worst Royal Bank in Canada.. Never had a issue with any rbc in canada except this one. The lady that handles rsp information is brutal. I actually switched due to that. Also I ordered foreign currency a month in advance, when I went in to pick it up they told me my form was never submitted and i should just use the exchange kiosk at the airport. If you need to use a bank machine that is really all this place is good for.
