    Pathetic. First of all I don't have the option of speaking with a person. I am transferred to an automated voice service similar to the one you get when you dial the 800 number. Yes, you are put on hold, and told that your patience is appreciated. Every 25 seconds the obnoxious automated voice comes on, thanks me for my patience, and asks me to continue holding and that a customer service agent will be with me shortly. This started 25 minutes ago.

    if you are going to post a phone # at least give an option to talk to a human nothing is more frustrating that having a problem & it not falling in the 2 options you give to answer all questions

    Excellent service, I switched to TD for better stock options and switched back when I realized what I was missing. Everyone that works there has been incredibly polite and helpful.
