  Excellent service - owner Dean was extremely helpful in my search for a new saddle. I was 600 miles into my bike tour and the previous saddle had put a SEVERE damper on my body and the trip. Dean kindly allowed me to test ride a couple saddles before purchasing one that afternoon, and also had some good advice. Thanks for the good feels and good products.

  Excellent customer service and down to earth establishment and general vibe of the business. I am pleased to have a quality customer service business to go to for my bike in town, as we all know that customer service isn't easy to come by in Whitehorse sometimes.

  Advantages of going to Cadence = they know their stuff. They aren't just killing 8 hours of the day to make a pay cheque and it shows. If they don't know something they will find out for you and get back to you. They are personable and professional without the grandiose in your face flashy business ethic.
