  Driver was quick and courteous but office contact was incredibly rude and difficult. Will never call them again- there are other options that are nicer to work with.

  We had a horrible experience with this Company. We broke down far out of town , we used our CAA and it was a nightmare to get the owner to agree to pick up our vehicle . Finally after convincing them to go get our vehicle , it got back to us with damage on the front bumper and they refused to reimburse us . Horrible experience from a horrible company .

  Driver was nice but that is where the good experience ended. When I got to dealership that I had the car towed to I found the car had been left across the street from the dealership instead of in their lot. The car wasn't drivable so I couldn't move it on my own, they had left it directly in front of a fire hydrant. I called capital towing to let them know of the mistake and they were very rude. They also didn't deal with the problem. Rude and irresponsible;a business to avoid if you can.

  The owner of this company is incredibly rude . Does not have the spirit of a true yukoner . Stay away from this company if you know what's good for ya .

  We were driving the Alaska highway when my Subaru radiator went up in smoke. We called capital towing, and they were there within an hour and a half. They towed us to their shop. Doug said he would get his guys out to find a salvaged radiator so we could get back in the road to Fairbanks. We stayed overnight and we're able to pick up our car at noon the next day. They had extraoedinary customer service. They went above and beyond what anyone else would do for us. I cant say enough about how amazing they treated us. We are very grateful for their work.
