  First off, most of these reviewers do not understand the system...the receptionist is not allowed to give you an approximate wait time because it is dependant on how long the physicians are with each patient. My hubby and I don't have a family dr and have been here a few times and have never waited more than an hour. If you were to visit any WIC or ER in the south, I can guarantee you would wait minimum 4 hours for any non emergencies.

  Secondly, my hubby saw Dr. Syed, which is the first time he has seen any doc in probably 10 years, and I can't say enough good things about him. He listened to the concerns, provided appropriate care and testing, and furthermore took the time to answer any and all questions. We never felt rushed or dismissed, which I appreciate so much. My hubby doesn't like seeing doctors in general, but left that appointment feeling really satisfied and grateful to see Dr. Syed. I think this WIC is well run and that Dr. Syed is wonderful. I feel like a lot of these complaints are coming from people that take free health care for granted...

  Why would you open a walk-in clinic on a Saturday, and then let people sit there forever waiting? Especially when we know the doctors only spend five minutes tops per patient, and there hasn't been any movement in over half an hour from the waiting room.

  We were visiting here from the States and my husband developed bronchitis and strep throat. Dr. Farhat was AWESOME! Great service for a walk-in clinic-thanks!

  The worst clinic i ever went . Waited for hours to see doctor and Dr Syed do not have any clue what is he doing made me wait 1 hour outside and 1 hour inside the room and didn't even check my temperature said take Tyrolean its just a viral and i end up in Yukon hospital next day came out i chest infection was building up . They addmit me for 4 hour with I V on me . These clinic are just making money.

  Absolutely useless! The receptionists completely lie to you and couldn't care less. As for the doctor he is there to just make as much money as possible within the time frame given. So disappointed with this clinic would never go again. This is the first review I've ever bothered to leave hopefully that puts into perspective just how bad it is
