    Absolute worst customer service in the automotive department. Despite poor reviews, I took my truck into Canadian Tire because my regular shop was backlogged and couldn't fit me in for a couple of weeks. Huge mistake. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. They must make a living on single time visits because I will certainly never be back.

    Pretty typical Canadian tire, however, I find the staff more accessible and ready to help than most Canadian tires.

    The manager Wayne Cooper is a extremely disrespectful, racist manager that has no idea what he is doing. He lies and yells at his costumer trying to return a item. Told me that I can't return a item if I used it. He tried to make me beg to return the item, which I was not about to do. Pretty sad that the Manager of Canadian Tire doesn't even know his own policies and what's worse is making his customers beg to get THEIR money back. Wayne Cooper should not be manager, if Canadian Tire was smart they would find a new one. Could this be the root cause of the poor customer service in Canadian Tire. Also gonna add he was also very aggressive, amongst being rude and inconsiderate
