    I love the place, I always hold on my books or DVDs online, because I am lazy to search in the Library and it is always pretty fast, except when people don't return them. People are always smiling and give you the best service. If they don't have a book that you love, they are open to new suggestion and could buy it! So, nothing negative to tell about :)

    I hate this place! Free Wifi is limited to 1 hour of usage. With such limited connectivity, it is impossible to do some productive work on the laptop (such as software development, taking online courses, .. etc).

    This has got to be the noisiest library in North America! Truth! Even the staff speak loudly to each other. There's a kids corner and it practically becomes a daycare with children running between the stacks and screaming! Even with rear plugs, it's impossible to concentrate. I'm going to go finish my work at a pub, which is bound to be quieter!
