  The second thing was the WiFi, which was between lost connectivity and one bar. We were told rather rudely by an older woman that the WiFi is only for the lobby.

  This hotel is very aged. The rooms are actually big and spacious. Clean enough but could certainly use a linens update. The staff are nice. It's nicely located to everything. The deal breaker here is that it's over a bar and it's super loud. (Thin walls) If you enjoy the night time bar scene it's going to work fine but it's NO good for families. The WiFi also didn't work for us for some reason.

  I woke up in the morning feeling itchy, and found some bedbug bites. When I told the older man behind the desk, he played stupid and said bedbugs don't come to Whitehorse, and that I must be allergic to the laundry detergent instead. (Picture of myself that morning in the hotel room)

  The state of the hotel is very aged and is in the process of breaking down completely. I do not recommend this location because they will be rude to you, unhelpful, and uncaring.

  Bedbugs, broken amenities, and more. So many things wrong with this hotel. The first thing we noticed was the state of the bathroom- our faucet for the sink and the shower were broken and fan disconnected. There were cigarette burns on the tub and bedsheets, and holes in the walls and doors everywhere.

  Used car fresheners hung from the fire sprinklers to "freshen" the room which made it almost unbearable to be in due to the smell. Yes, decently sized rooms and centrally located however very loud especially on weekends as it is located above restaurants and bar. Unpleasant staff with zero customer service skills, not friendly nor helpful in any regard.

  That was a wonderful hotel. I accommodated 2 nights and hotel crews were so nice to me. The price is extremely affordable and quality of the Elite Hotel amazed me!
