    I had three employees see that I was waiting in line ready to order, but refused to acknowledge I was waiting. They kept on looking right through me, like I was not at the till waiting to order. One, took the order of the person in front of me, proceeded to fill the straws at two different stations and then the straws for the drive through, when it was my turn to take the order. Out right ignoring is not acceptable in the service industry. Lost my business.

    The poutine is the perfect amount of salty and soggy. And unlimited refills of root beer in a frosty glass! The burgers aren't bad either.

    First timer going to an A&W but I have to say the restaurant and bathroom is super clean! The food is delicious but the only reason I have to dock a star is because the price is a little higher than it's rivals aka McDonald's
