  Good variety of outdoor quality sporting goods. Tip: unless you want to splurge, they have good sales on goods at certain times of the year.

  If you care about the environment, don't shop here. They have a compulsory bag policy, and won't sell you items unless you take them inside their disposal plastic bag.

  Bought a new pair of $300 hiking boots, was told that I can return them new for 30 days. Note, new only, any use and they will not take them on return. I asked 3 service assistants that if a lace loop breaks on an hour walk on pavement, in town, they will not take them back. Unused returns only was the reply. And all this with an indifferent hostile attitude. Very disappointed. I had hoped to suit myself up with an entire backpacking setup, tent, pack, and all the bits, won't consider it now. If I receive this hostile service just asking questions, I'll skip the nastiness that will no doubt occur if I return any item with a defect. Shame really, it's a very nice, well stocked store with competitive prices which is the reason I gave it one star

  Well maintained and well stocked outdoor equipment store. Higher end equipment and clothing at prices comparable to other retailers. Lots of harder to find equipment stocked at this store.
